10 Fat-Loss Habits Challenge: Pick One

Pick ONE habit and stick to it for seven days.

 

10 FAT LOSS HABITS

Pick ONE of the following Habits and do it every day for 7 days:

  1. Don’t drink alcohol
  2. Drink at least 8 Cups of Water
  3. Eat at least 4 One-Cup Servings of vegetables
  4. Sleep at least 8 hours (including naps)
  5. 2x a day, get up and do 5 minutes of stretching
  6. Eat 4-6 Meals
  7. Eat > 20g protein (about palm-sized) with each meal
  8. Replace grains with greens during each meal
  9. Take fish oil and a multi each day
  10. Get more than 30g of whey protein each day
