Wellesley resident artist Nan Rumpf will be exhibiting some of her her artwork in Fountain Street Studios, the largest artists’ collective under one roof in MetroWest, during its 16th Open Studios Weekend.  Located in the historic Bancroft Building, near Framingham’s beautiful Farm Pond, more that fifty artists and artisans will open their studios to display and offer for sale many types of art including paintings, photography, sculpture, watercolors, pastels, pottery, fabric art, and handcrafted jewelry, installation art, and mixed media. Participants range from emerging to internationally recognized artists.  Several other visiting artists will also participate.  And don’t forget to visit the art gallery on the first floor!  This exciting springtime event will feature live musicians performing each day!

This is a special opportunity not only to view work by New England’s most talented artists, but also to chat informally with artists in their own studios and to discuss art materials and techniques.  Fun for the entire family!  A goal of Open Studios is to bring art to the public and generate awareness of the vital artistic community based in Framingham.

Ample free parking! For further information on directions, participating artists, and more, visit the website, www.fountainstreetstudios.com, or call 617-750-5003.
