Crowds Driven to Ninth Annual Elm Bank Antique Car Show

Enthusiasts checked out some classic cars at Elm Bank yesterday.

Classic cars redefined lawn ornamentation at the ninth annual Antique Car Show Sunday.

Cars from the early 20th century were on display beside automobiles from the late 1980s, all competing for the attention of car buffs and the car curious.

West Newton resident James Sellman has been bringing his son Davis to the car show for 8 years.

"We've been coming every year since 2003," said Sellman. "He just love cars."

While Sellman and son were checking out a Les, Ron Force and his car-restoring friends enjoyed beer and pizza by a Chevelle Malibu. "We call ourselves the Model A Car Clique," says Force, "We all restore cars and have cars here at the show."
