Seasonal Customer Service/Jewelry Repair Associate

We are seeking a Customer Service/Jewelry Repair Associate to join us this holiday season at our store located at 60 Central Street in Wellesley, MA.

Work Schedule: Initially, the schedule will be approximately 20-24 hours per week with additional hours available leading up to the Christmas season.


Experience: Some prior retail experience is preferred. However, we will train an individual interested in learning more about the jewelry business. Candidate must be highly motivated, have strong customer service and communication skills, be computer literate, and have good manual dexterity to work with small jewelry/watch repairs.

Responsibilities: This position involves a great deal of customer contact. Duties include:
•Working directly with customers on minor jewelry repairs at the service counter
•Advising customers on all incoming jewelry and watch repairs
•Processing transactions through the repair computer module
•Minor on-site repairs such as watch sizing and battery replacement
•Assisting with other duties as needed.
