Part-Time Administrative Assistant (Wellesley)

This is a part-time position with 20-24 flexible hours. Hourly rate is negotiable and commensurate with experience. In this role you will: 


1. Assist with administrative duties that include accounts receivable, invoicing, power point development, filing, organizing, word processing and problem solving.
2. Answer phones, follow up
3. Write proposals.
4. Develop materials for presentations and publications
5. Research topics companies, trends.
6. Assist in writing articles, logs for newsletter 
7. Develop and enhance web optimization
8. Business development- contact potential customers; research
9. Help the company attract and retain clients
10. Other duties as assigned


The successful candidate will have outstanding organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to work independently. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point required.
