IS ALL of Massachusetts Real Estate Booming? Insight into the activity of two of the state's 'luxury' towns - The Pinnacle Report - just published

Pinnacle Residential Properties has just released The Pinnacle Report Year-to-Date MarketReview, an in-depth look at residential real estate activity in Wellesley and Weston for the first 7 months of 2013.

According to Elaine Bannigan, author and owner of Pinnacle Residential Properties, "this report is written in order to enablethinking buyers and sellers of properties within these pricier towns to make informed real estate decisions based upon the real conditions of a local market, not just the national or regional snapshot.   Market recovery is uneven across the nation andacross the state. When someone poses the question 'How's the real estate market?"  The appropriate response is:  "In which town and in which price range?"   To paraphrase a National Association of Realtors economist, providing a national snapshot of how the market is doing is analogous to providing the national weather average.  The Pinnacle Report is considered unique; consumers say it's the kind of report they wish were available for every town because it is the story behind the headlines. We have several thousand subscribers."
