Blush Tan Supports Fundraiser for Local Family in Need

Local business owner, Christina Kauffman of Blush Tan, has organized a fundraiser to help Kelley Parenteau Sintz who recently and unexpectedly lost her husband in a tragic car accident, leaving her alone to care for their three year old son Max.

Strong communities are built on support, trust, and good will; having a sense of community means coming together as a whole and taking care of one another. As a local business owner, Christina Kauffman is trying to do just that. She feels she can assemble members of the community to support this local family in need of help. She is finding that every little bit counts and has been joined by many other local businesses to support this important cause.

This will be the first event which they hope to repeat annually and will be known as the 1st Annual Money for Max Fundraiser, the proceeds of which will benefit his education fund. There will be food, drinks and over $1000 in raffle prizes. Some of the many generous sponsors include; Blue Homes which donated a pair of Red Sox tickets and the new Frost Ice Bar opening this month in Boston has donated free admission tickets as well!  For a donation of $20 at the door, you will get5 raffle tickets. Additional raffle tickets can be purchased inside at the event
