Annual Greenhouse Light Show explore Patterns in Nature using theatrical lighting to illuminate plant adaptations

This Friday, February 8, from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM, come see plants at Wellesley College's Margaret C. Ferguson Greenhouses in a whole new light. The annual Greenhouse Light Show uses theatrical lighting to illuminate fascinating and beautiful plant adaptations.

This year's theme, Patterns in Nature, explores the intersection of mathematics and botany. There will also be hands-on activities in the Wellesley College Botanic Gardens' Visitor Center. This collection of photos, taken by Wellesley Assistant Professor of Environmental Studies Alden Griffith, features images from the 2011 display.
