3. Wellesley Free Library events

10:30 to 11 a.m.: Fells BookBabies!

2 to 3 p.m.: Intermediate Internet Searching

4 to 5 p.m.: Read to a Dog

6 to 8 p.m.: Open Computer Lab

6:45 to 8 p.m.: Wellesley ESL Intermediate English Class


4. Event highlight

Join the multiple-award winning 2:00 Jazz Band, joined by the acclaimed Rice Street Singers and 1:00 Jazz Band for a swinging performance of high octane jazz. The program features music and arrangements by Duke Ellington, Charles Mingus, Benny Goodman, Harold Arlen, Thelonious Monk and more. Free of charge and open to the public, bring your friends and family to Wellesley High School's brand new auditorium 7 p.m. for an evening of jazz standards, improvisation and song.
