Join Healthy Habits Kitchen, Ashley Bade, RD, LDN, CNSD and Leslie Judge, MS, RD, CSO, LDN of Honest Mom Nutrition for Raising a Healthy Eater. At this dinner and workshop learn everything from how to choose the right foods and deliver a balanced diet, quantities for every age group and how to create a healthy family food culture. You’ll go home with a variety of handouts so that you can immediately start making changes at home!
Honest Mom Nutrition is on a mission to help parents navigate the ever-changing world of nutrition by providing expert advice and real-life tips. Founded by successful pediatric dietitian Ashley Bade who is living proof that even the pickiest of eaters can be converted and Leslie Judge, a busy modern mom specializing in nutrition for cancer prevention, they strive to make raising a healthy family fun and stress free.
