DESCRIPTION:Wellesley artists Nan Rumpf and Yale Nicolls will have painti
 ngs exhibited in the New England Watercolor Society Member&rsquo\;s Exhi
 bit when the New England Watercolor Society returns to the Guild of Bost
 on Artists\, 162 Newbury Street\, Boston for its annual Member&rsquo\;s 
 Show and Sale.&nbsp\; The event will open with an Artist&rsquo\;s Recept
 ion on Saturday\, February 2nd&nbsp\;from 2 &ndash\; 5 pm.&nbsp\; The sh
 ow closes on February 28.\nThis exhibit marks a great meeting of two of 
 Boston&rsquo\;s most venerable and respected artist&rsquo\;s organizatio
 ns.&nbsp\; The New England Watercolor Society is in its 128thyear and ha
 s featured notable artists Childe Hassam\,&nbsp\; John Singer Sargent an
 d Frank Benson among others.&nbsp\; The Guild of Boston Artists\, in the
  heart of Boston&rsquo\;s famed Newbury Street\, has long been the leadi
 ng institute of respected representational art and the &ldquo\;Boston Sc
 hool&rdquo\; painters.&nbsp\;\nThis exhibition will have the very best o
 f the best in new contemporary and classic watercolors from New England 
 artists.&nbsp\; There will be live watercolor demonstrations by Signatur
 e Members of the Society on each Saturday from 1 &ndash\; 3 pm following
  the opening.&nbsp\; The February 9th&nbsp\;featured demonstrator is Wen
 dy Hale\, February 15th&nbsp\;is Dawn Evans Scaltreto\, and February 23r
 d&nbsp\;is Irena Roman\, AWS.&nbsp\;\nThe Guild&rsquo\;s hours are Tuesd
 ay through Saturday 10:30 am to 5:30 pm.&nbsp\; The exhibition is free a
 nd open to the public.&nbsp\;\nNew England Watercolor Society is one of 
 the oldest and most prestigious watercolor societies in America. NEWS wa
 s founded in 1885 as the Boston Watercolor Society. Membership has grown
  from the thirteen founding members to nearly 200 signature members from
