Concert: Soomi Lee, piano
Soomi Lee, pianist, plays at the main Wellesley Free Library in the Wakelin Room. She has given recitals throughout the New England area since beginning to study piano at age five. By age nine, she appeared as a soloist with the Korean Broadcasting Symphony. She has since acquired a Master's degree in music from the New England Conservatory.
Ms. Lee is an active teacher and has been on the faculty of the Walnut Hill School, the Performing Arts School of Worcester, and the Extension Division of the New England Conservatory. She is also a frequent guest pianist on WGBH in Boston.
More About Wellesley Free Library
The main Wellesley Free Library is located at 530 Washington St., across from Town Hall. The library is open seven days a week and offers an extensive collection of books, as well as online resources. Computer coaching and book discussions are just some of the events held here.
