Wellesley Recreation offers two-session introductory workshop in the Alexander Technique. Studied worldwide for over 100 years by performers, athletes, and others, this practical, educational method enables people of all ages to improve posture, balance and coordination by unlearning common habits of tension that interfere.
Learn how the principles of this technique can be applied to everyday activities to help you feel, move and look better. Course fee includes one private lesson outside of the class.

The Warren Building is a community center operated by the city's recreation department.
