  • Are you in the sandwich generation, supporting older loved ones and children alike?
  • Are you juggling your parents’ care long distance?
  • Are you wondering what resources are available in your community to help elders and their families?

If you answer “yes” to any of these questions, you won’t want to miss an upcoming dynamic panel discussion with experts on navigating the aging journey. Join us Wednesday, October 17, 2012 from 7:00-9:00 p.m. in the Wakelin Room at the Wellesley Free Library, 530 Washington Street in Wellesley, MA. The program is free to the public and will be telecast on the local community
channel.

The panel will be moderated by Janet Simpson Benvenuti, founder of Circle of Life Partners and author of Don’t Give Up on Me! a memoir that captures the lessons she learned during the decade she supported her parents while raising her children. An engaging speaker who brings humor and
insight to the role adult children play in their parents’ lives, Janet will be joined by three experts who have decades of experience working with families: Dr. Anne McCaffrey, Medical Director of the Marino Center for Integrative Health, Jim Reynolds founder of Caring Companion Home Care, and Dianne Savastano, R.N./MBA and founder of HealthAssist.

Bring your stories and prepare to enjoy a lively and informative discussion.  You will go home with new insights into helping your older loved one as well as resources to support you in this process. This event is sponsored by the Princeton Alumni Association of New England (PANE), the Wellesley Free Library and the Wellesley Council on Aging.
