What’s Open/Closed on Thanksgiving

Most places are closed on Thanksgiving.

 

Thanksgiving is a federal holiday and just about everything shuts down. Government offices and facilities, banks and most business are not open today.

There are a few places in Wellesley that stay open partially:

Both Starbucks (Linden Square, Wellesley Square) are open from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Peet’s Coffee & Tea is open from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Both CVS stores will be open today

Linden Square, Store: 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., pharmacy: 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Wellesley Square, Store: 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., pharmacy: closed

Restaurants are closed. Whole Foods and Roche Bros. are closed.

Town offices will be closed today, but will be open for normal business hours tomorrow. All library branches are closed today.

The annual Wellesley/Needham football game begins at 10 a.m. at Hunnewell Field.
