Police officers arrested a driver on an OUI charge after they pulled him over for swerving all over Washington Street last week.
Robert M. Stoddard, 75, of 18 Lanark Road, Wellesley, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of alcohol among other charges after a Wellesley Police officer observed him drive over the double yellow line and back over the right side fog line on Washington Street Oct. 3.
