Whole Foods Trespasser Arrested

Kathleen Odonoghue, 45, of Norwood was arrested last week after violating a “no trespassing” order from Whole Foods.

Wellesley Police received a phone call from a Whole Foods loss prevention officer Feb. 6 reporting Odonoghue was in the store, in violation of the order issued against her, according to Wellesley Police records clerk Sue Morse.

Odonoghue was arrested and charged with trespassing.

Framingham Man Arrested After Knocking Over Commuter Rail Station Trash Cans, Standing on Tracks

Thomas A. Vaccarello, 48, of Framingham was arrested last week after police learned he had been causing a disruption at the Wellesley Square Commuter Rail Station.

Police received a report of a man knocking over garbage cans on the train platform Feb. 7. While en route to the scene, officers received word that the man was standing on the tracks blocking the train from proceeding, according to Morse.

When police arrived Vaccarello told them he was traveling from Worcester to Framingham but he’d missed his stop and ended up in Wellesley. He denied being on the tracks and instead said he was on the gravel next to the tracks. He also denied knocking over the garbage cans, Morse said.

Police saw fit to arrest Vaccarello, who was charged with malicious or wanton damage or defacement of property, walking on railroad tracks and obstructing a railway.
