The hospital signed a 15,200 square-foot lease renewal at 173 Worcester St. (Route 9), and a 7,400 square-foot expansion at 195 Worcester St., according to Banker & Tradesman.
The four-story, 30,000-square-foot office building at 195 Worcester St. was built in 1981 and renovated in 1996, according to the article. The single-story, 31,000-square-foot office property at 173 Worcester St. was built in 1973.
