Driver Arrested After Suspected to Be Racing on Rte. 9

A Dorchester man was arrested on warrant-related motor vehicle violation charges last week after police were led to a scene of suspected drag racing on Route 9 near Wellesley Fire Headquarters.
Yihui Huang, 21, of 15 Harbor Point Blvd., Apt. 601, Dorchester was additionally charged with failing to drive in the right lane and failing to wear a seatbelt Oct. 28 after police located the vehicles suspected of racing and queried Huang’s license plate, according to Wellesley Police Lt. Marie Cleary.
