Author Suzy Duffy has penned and published a novel about Wellesley, but does her tale of luxury and loss accurately reflect this famous western suburb?

For those who haven’t read the book: How do you feel about authors portraying Wellesley as only a rich suburb? Do you feel they write your town accurately, or is there more than meets the eye?

She does mention in the book that not everyone in Wellesley is wealthy. Yes, she focuses on the more affluent population but the book shows that there is more to a person than meets the eye.
Although the main characters in the book live in Wellesley, the focus isn't really on the town itself. It's more about relationships (including friendship.)
I thoroughly enjoyed Wellesley Wives and eagerly await her next book.
