Happy Labor Day weekend.

1.    Did you get a chance to see the Stanley Cup yesterday? Kim Jacobs, wife of Boston Bruins executive Vice President Charlie Jacobs, to for lunch yesterday.

2.    A Wellesley family last night had a party for Elizabeth Warren, a Cambridge woman who may throw her hat into the ring to run against Scott Brown for his U.S. Senate seat.

3.    FUNtatstic Saturdays for Kids continues at Linden Square tomorrow. Families can head to the courtyard in front of for face painting, balloons and snacks. This event will go on each Saturday in September.

4.    The weather should be OK for both today and tomorrow. The National Weather Service says today will be hot and sunny with a high of 75 degrees, and tomorrow will be similar with a high of 82 degrees.
