MEDA Eating Disorder Awareness Week Event at Wellesley College

In recognition of National Eating Disorders Awareness Week, The Multi-service Eating Disorders Association (MEDA, Inc.) in collaboration the Stone Center Counseling Service at Wellesley College will be holding a Panel of Recovery at Tishman Commons at Wang Campus Center at Wellesley College on the evening of February 25th from 7:00-8:30pm.

Join us for an inspiring night of education and dialogue about recovery from an eating disorder. Listen to a panel of individuals speak from different perspectives about how eating disorders have touched their lives, with a focus on recovery and how it can be achieved. A Q&A with the audience will follow the panel. Admission is free and open to the public. Click here for more information.

National Eating Disorders Awareness Week is February 24 - March 2, 2013. The aim of NEDAW is to prevent eating disorders and body image issues while reducing the stigma surrounding eating disorders and improving access to treatment.
